[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 1/23/17

Another poor morning here for hearing TP DX.  There were patches of barely audible talking on 774 kHz between 1207 and 1225 GMT.  A carrier signal was audible on 972 from 1231 until 1344 (LSR 1337), as well as on 828 at 1338-1339.  Traces of signals on 1053 and 1566.
