Yesterday raised hope; today mostly dashed it.   Very small sunrise 
lift, and occasional blips from a big gun or two before that, and all Asian.


pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):

back to normal



Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

1566 HLAZ man in Korean 1608UT, waited until after local sunrise to 
deliver a slightly serious signal



not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

747 JOIB English lessons 1515-5UT briefly above splash. Piercing 
tones of English speaking woman helped
774 JOUB woman, English lessons 1435UT; heard at similar level 1323UT



Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music)

the above passing through




Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter)

  972 1575 1593 all  seemed to be Asian
