[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 16 January

Most Asian action I've seen thus far in 2017, with the high end of the 
dial tending to be the best.  Nothing exceptional logged, but it was 
nice just to hear some of the 'regulars' back.



747	JOIB	Sapporo, JAPAN   Fair with talk by man and woman at 1258, but 
wasn't up to audio later, when other stations were better.

774    JOUB    Akita, JAPAN    Woman and man talking during English 
lesson at 1429.

828    JOBB    Osaka, JAPAN    traces of talk at 1435, //774.

972	HLCA	Danjing, S.KOREA    A few snippets of audio around 1303, but 
nothing nearer to sunrise.	

1566	HLAZ	Cheju, S.KOREA	 Poor to fair, with man and woman talking in 
Japanese at 1422.  Rose to a good level by 1435.

1593	unID	Traces of man talking and some music with a Chinese sound to 
it around 1423.

A lot of carriers this morning, including some pretty solid ones on 693, 
945, 954, 1188, 1377, 1503, and 1575
