Is Tahiti-738 heard at all Colin?

They have been MIA here for several days.   No carrier right now, but 
I have reasonable carriers on 621, 1017 and 1098, and even weak ones 
on 756 and 1008, but not a hint on 738.   Doesn't seem right.
