[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 1/3/17

There is little DX to report here this morning.  The only TP signal heard was a carrier on 702 kHz from WSW direction at 1313 GMT, with moderate QRM from XEETCH and XEGD.

Usual signals from KWMT-540 and WNAX-570 were missing.  There's a forecast for a G-1 geomagnetic storm on January 4 and 5.
