[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 12/16/17

If something is better than nothing, then this morning was a vast improvement over the drought of the few days.  

702 unID ( 2BL?) a weak carrier from DU at 1331.
1098 unID (V7AB?) a strong carrier in WTAM-1100 slop at 0716-0817.
1566 HLAZ barely audible talk & music at 1336 (LSR); poor at 1337-1339; barely audible to poor from 1340 until fade-out at 1345.  Signal was strong enough to recognize Japanese speech.

No other TP signals were detected.
