.. it's been so cold to go outside and DX, it'd be unsafe here. Temps have
been consistently around -25 to -30 below for 2 weeks when the sun is down
with wind chills near -40 below and maybe about -22 to -26 when the sun is
up.
Fort Yukon, alaska, just above the arctic circle had -48 below zero
yesterday with a -65 windcill.
Barrow on the other hand, has -8 this morning.
We here in Galena might deep into the teens below zero today tomorrow and
sunday with the possibility for single digits below zero monday with some
temps slightly above zero tuesday and wednesday!
