Conditions here weren't much better than Richard experienced in Oklahoma. A small collection of weak carriers at peak dawn enhancement was the only sign of Asian life this morning, without any audio showing up. At 1510 there were ghostly carriers on 774, 828, 972, 1566 and 1593. The month is finishing up just like it began-- in a very dreary state.
