[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 11/18/16

Little was heard here this morning.  JOUB-774 was barely audible at 1159-1207.  There was a trace of a signal from HLAZ-1566 at 1303-1307 but no audio.  No signals on 594, 702, 738, 747, 828, 1053 and 1116 when checked.

Last evening was heard France Inter-162 with poor-to-fair signals at 0132-0145.
