[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 11-9

Asian signals improved quite a bit this morning although they still seemed to be in a propagation hangover. The first sign of life was a strong carrier on the unlikely frequency of 1323 around 1330, followed by weak audio on 594, 603, 657, 738, 747, 774 and 1053 around 1345. These all fizzled out by 1400, though, and the 1323 carrier never did reach audio level. The most unusual feature was the strange mix of big guns and second tier Asians all collectively fading in at a ghostly level around 1345, only to collectively bail ten minutes later. Both 1566 and 1593 had moderate carriers around 1355 but never reached audio level. Such was the story of a pretty bizarre session, featuring the first audio from 603, 657 and 738 in the past two weeks.
