[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 11/4/16

A near repeat of the few mornings.  There were mostly heterodynes by carrier signals on 612, 621, 702, 729, 819, 828, 891 and 1098 kHz.  The only trace of an Asia signal was from HLAZ-1566 at 1257 LSR, but sadly no audio.
