[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 10-27

Clunker conditions prevailed for the third day in a row here with a weak carrier on 1566 kHz (around 1330) being the only sign of Asian life. Unlike Walt I had no DU's show up with dawn enhancement (as if that would surprise anybody), but I did have some fun reviewing Rockwork 4 ocean cliff DXpedition files for July 9th, and making up this MP3 of 738-Tahiti threatening to melt down my Ultralight radio at 1247 (sure wish I knew what the French YL was saying) https://app.box.com/s/cud7cwbklflc5yw5m65wedksccpgk1ut
