[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 10-13

As western Washington prepares for a nasty storm most of the Asian DX seemed to have skipped town early, with only a few big gun TP's sticking around in the steady rain. 594-JOAK (fair), 693-JOAB (poor), 747-JOIB (fair), 972-HLCA (good) and 1566-HLAZ (fair) were in and out of the noise during a lackluster session, peaking around 1355 here. Unlike the past couple of days 657-Pyongyang and its wacky programming stayed down in the noise, like all of the other second tier Asians. There was also a strong carrier on 738 rom the DU direction just after 1400, but not enough audio to determine whether it was Tahiti (99% chance) or 2NR (1% chance). Overall the session was just as dreary as the grayish, foreboding weather.
