[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 10/12/16

TP DX was much improved over the past few days.  At 1152 JOUB-774 was heard on a barefoot SRF-T615 with a fair signal, finally fading under "Radio Formula Monterrey" XEACH-770 at 1157.

567 unID (JOIK?) trace of a signal at 1120.
594 JOAK barely audible at 1220, faint music at 1235 LSR.
603 unID barely audible talk briefly at 1216.
666 JOBK barely audible JJ talk at 1214.
693 JOAB poor through KGGF-690 slop with EE lesson at 1226.
702 unID het from NW hrd in WLW, later XEGD & KHSE QRM, from 1148 to 1229.
747 JOIB barely audible-to-poor with WSB-750 splatter at 1108-1116.
774 JOUB hrd on and off from 1104 until 1240, occasionally peaking at fair strength.
828 JOBB het in WCCO-830 slop at 1138, barely audible EE lesson at 1212.
1098 unID (V7AB?) het under WTAM-1100 at 1023.
1287 unID trace of a signal at 1233.
