I think the Asians finally cried uncle.   So did practically everything else.

rumblings of a local noise maker that starts at 1330UT.  This one 
actually showed weak audio as early  as 0900UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music)
531 faint hints of pop music 1328UT
585 man mumbling, DU English perhaps 1338UT
594 3WV man mumbling in a DU sort of way //612 1327UT
702 2BL man mumbling //612 1335UT
774 man talking, DU English inflection? no parallels available 1308UT



Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter) lots of near audio here
