[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 9-15

A lackluster collection of Asian big guns managed to show up at peak sunrise enhancement this morning but none of them sounded particularly healthy. Almost all of the second-tier TP's stayed down in the noise, as yesterday's general collapse continued for a second day.

A check of the band at 1250 revealed only 594-JOAK in weak audio, with no other Asians stronger than carrier level. Around 1315 both 594-JOAK and 828-JOBB reached fair levels along with the 1053-Jammer, but the high band was especially depressed, with 1566-HLAZ only managing a few seconds of audio at a time. Very late in the session at 1330 there was some poor audio from a presumed 738-BEL2 and 1134-JOQR, but strangely enough the Japanese big guns on 693 and 747 never made an appearance at all. Overall the session was distinctly mediocre, with only 594-JOAK coming close to a good level (for a few seconds around 1320).
