[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on Sept 14

Conditions were down slightly today but still interesting.  There were 
lots of mid-band carriers in addition to what I have listed. The upper 
part of the band, once again, was rather sedate.

GOOD
890    KBBI presumed with Democracy Now program 1309 loud atop CJDC, no 
sign of them a few minutes earlier
972    HLCA, Korean talk 1310 faded up briefly, otherwise fair-nil

FAIR
774    JOUB, time pips 1200 then English lesson
1053    jammer 1340
1287    Japanese woman talking 1329
1566    HLAZ, Japanese talk 1304 struggling against the big bad 
electrical noise

POOR
594    JOAK, 1200 faint talk & time pips
693    JOAB, Japanese talk 1253
747    talk 1251, same voices as 774
828    woman talking 1241
981    CNR1, bits of Chinese talk in the CKNW splat
1017    faint talk & music 1327
1206    woman in Korean(?)  1327 amid much splatter
1323    talk 1201  & 1311 in heavy 1320 splat
1422    faint talk in heavy splash 1311
1575    woman talking  1258
