Hi Sylvain - thanks very much for the analysis below. I agree with what you
are saying which is why I marked it as tentative. The hours of transmission
shown in MWList bothered me as well, but I wasn't aware of the Asiawaves
information. I had gone with India because the PAL info seems to indicate
that it was on until 0040 UTC, and may relay 1566 after that. The biggest
reason I think for looking at Kuwait instead is that sunrise is in fact half
an hour before the recording as you mention. I'll keep on looking at this
frequency and see if I can squeeze an ID out some day!

I certainly don't wish to play spoilsport but I don't think that was
India. MWList gives hours of transmission from 11:15 to 16:00 UTC and
Asiawaves list it as inactive since February of this year.

Also, in that part of India near the Bangladesh border, it is already
daylight at 00:28 UTC so my bet would go to Kuwait instead.
