Could the "1321" actually be Vancouver-1320?
The others all sound like Japanese to me.
Can you use BFO to get more accurate frequency readings? That would certainly help in some cases. Remember also that most all Asians are going to be on 9 kHz multiples. It's easy to calculate in your head because the digits of any given 9 kHz multiple, when added together, will be a multiple of 9. So for example your "955 kHz" is most certainly actually 954 because 9+5+4 = 18 which is a multiple of nine.

Some of the signals were pretty darn good while some of them were quite marginal.
However, I don't know who any of the stations all. They were all in an Asian language, but having a hard enough time with english myself, I can't begin to figure out what they are saying or what stations these are.

I could be off a kilohertz or two on some of the stronger signals, they were so strong it was hard to "Center" them
What stations are these? Where are they from? What's their power output and patter?
