The more I listen to 1008 with the disco mx, I have found it sounds like
Russian. The EE/Filipino stuff ? may have been someone else. JONR is in
there along with another station. A young sounding ancr pops up in
Russian? and there is a Radio Youth on there in Khabarovsk.
