[IRCA] CBS Radio network channel 45

Hello,

 

    On 840 kHz  there is a signal with the statement "CBS radio network channel 45"  Have been hearing this signal for about a 1/4 hour.  5:15 PM PST. The signal has ended at 5:30 PM PST.  Signal was S-9 +20 db.   11/5
