[IRCA] Het on 1050 kHz

Mike,

I  mentioned in my reply of 08/10/05 that I had found a carrier about 450 Hz
below 1050, but that it was way too weak to hear any audio.  I was never able
to get any audio from it after many tries.
A few weeks ago somebody on one of the lists said that it was KTBL-1050
in Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, NM.
