You make your own rules as to what counts. The only time a potential
conflict arises is when there is a contest or a competitive listing,
in which case, you have to comply with the stated rules. If it says
"verified" or if "QSL" is on the card/in the letter, that's good
enough for me. Today's CEs are not necessarily going to fill in all
the full data. Or you can go to tape or CD. The only time I send
reports now is when there is some local copy which I am pretty sure
identifies the station but there is no actual ID. In this case, I
send a cassette. I got a verie from WGY (through KGO) because the CE
took the time to listen to the tape and recognized the voice of the
announcer. Whatever you do, please keep the reports coming in.
