At 0312z I caught a Radio One ID from Ireland 567 on a fade up. They have
come in better than this before. If you have a good loop you might find it
useful to loop WIND as the path to Ireland should be reasonably
perpendicular to WIND(TX in NW Indiana) if they are bothering you.
