[IRCA] Norrway 1314 S-9 0239 utc

Hello List,

 

Norway in with a S-9 signal.  Song is English, Norwegian announcer.  Even heard using the Twin coil ferrite antenna.

Patrick, tried 1134 kHz, got very weak audio.
