[IRCA] 1323

Audio at times is quite good between 0500 and 0530.  It is in English, so I'm assuming that it's the BBCWS, although I haven't ruled out Voice of Russia (it has that feel to me).  Transmitter appears in Germany if it's the latter.  Anyone else hearing audio here?  ....Walt Salmaniw, Victoria, BC
