You might also consider accepting FTPed files, possibly to a temporary 
holding area until approved.  For those of us still on dial-up, the file 
size increase incurred by sending as email attachments would be avoided 
that way.

While I have posted a few files to my own web pages, a common site would 
be easier for users to browse.
