I have a variety of hets here- 0253pdt. and have JOUB audio also, not too bad either.  Mostly I'm sitting on 650, waiting for KENI !
I hope your days off are in addition to vacation time.  I've never been to Portland Meadows, but I've been to some NASCAR races, doe's that count? giddy-up, hi.

JOUB 774 is in with audio.  A quick check of the splits for other TP's reveal nothing,  0838 UTC is the earliest that I have heard an Asian station.   JOUB is usually the strongest Japanese station at this location.  
 
Doug,  we're allowed 5 days a year to be off.   The only thing is you must call an automated attendance system before your shift starts.  4 days remaining to be used.  Always save a few days for the Portland Meadows race meet.
