[IRCA] Strong upper band TAs again in Doaktown, NB

1512 - Strong station playing pop-A/C type music, segue from one song to 
the next with English vocals @ 2155.  Suspect Wolverton, Belgium.  Best 
heard here so far this season.  Long peaks and fades, but never goes 
completely.  Segued again into Carly Simon's "You're So Vain" @ 2158. 
Then, suddenly died completely in mid-song at the top of the hour, and 
sits there now with unmodulated carrier.  (BT-NB)

1521 - Saudi as usual, with audio, man and woman talking, then two women 
in interview exchange in Arabic, maybe even a radio play? @ 2151
