Mexican regional music, legal ID: (in EE) "WKDA Alexandria Virginia-Washington
DC" (in SS) "La (?) Capital, (730?) A-M," back to music. Station is listed as 25
watts nights; judging from the weak signal, the fact that it was not in very
long, and the fact that this frequency is pretty open here, I have no reason to
doubt that this is what it was running. NEW! (BD-WI)
