*** Your het most likely is from IRIB Iran given that they are pretty
much the only station in the world transmitting on this "split"
frequency. The Iranian government no doubt uses this frequency to
wreak havoc on the 1170 signal from Radio Sawa/Radio Farda in the UAE.
There is a website for IRIB Iran with streaming audio that you can use
to establish a parallel with the 1169 signal.
