Now that I am using the Grundig S350 on battery (thanks to the excessive AC noise here), I am playing with the internal antenna which has surprising directional capabilities. I hit 1260 just before 0200 and found local KOIT strong as usual. Pointing northeast, I had KPOW from Powell WY...not new but always nice. Pointing southeast, I pulled a nice ID from KTRC in Santa Fe NM, then into Air America news. First time heard for this one...reception #1515. Patrick - I'm gaining on ya!
