Probably WHGG Kingsport, TN.  You'll have to wait a while, maybe, but they
will run self-promotion, including the local area.  I don't remember if it's
"tri-cities" or "tri-counties."  I know that they tri, though.  Never heard
a call sign, but they have been heard here in recent months running late.

Who was the "The Mighty 1090" with male voice playing R&R music with a NW/SE
loop over KAAY this evening.  Heard well at home on R8A & Quantum loop and
while driving about Joliet area on car radio this evening?  Heard from 19:30
to 20:45.  No sign of them now at 23:45 CDT.
