Am currently hearing a pirate on 1710 kHz,
broadcasting in USB mode 8:15 p.m. PDT/0315 utc. Poor to weak signal, fading.
Program is some type of radio show, with dialogue, occasional music. Slightly
off-frequency; best around 1709.98 kHz.
Anyone else hearing this?
