[IRCA] TA's

Hi Everyone:

A small but interesting opening to Europe occurred here earlier this evening. Many carriers heard, with a few producing audio. Nothing new heard. No audio on longwave, just a few very faint carriers. All times UTC.

756    Unknown. 10/08 02:28 Classical music heard here. Never did hear anything spoken. Probably Germany and un-needed. Poor at best.

1134  Unknown. 10/08 02:34 Man and woman talking very rapidly in what sounded like Spanish, but I'm not sure. Spain is listed on this frequency but I usually hear Croatia. Poor

1215  United Kingdom 10/08 02:42 Virgin Radio with what sounded like oldies type music. Male DJ with a very British accent. Unusually I did not hear any Virgin Radio ID's. Fair at times. There was a second station underneath this, but I was unable to get the language.

1314 Norway 10/08 02:10 with it's usual early morning fair of pop music. Male DJ speaking Norwegian. Good signal at times.

1377 France Lille 10/08 02:53 with a man and a woman speaking French. Strangely no parallels heard, which is unusual. Fair signal at times.

1404 Unknown 10/08 02:55 Faint choral music heard here. Poor at best.

1424 Unknown 10/08 02:56 Female singing an operatic solo. Poor at best.

Carriers were heard on: 153, 162, 171, 189, 567, 675, 702, 765, 774, 783, 801, 864, 945, 918, 954, 963, 1008, 1098, 1143, 1152, 1197, 1296, 1251, 1324, 1341, 1458, 1485, 1494, 1503, 1575, 1593, and 1602.
