Re: [IRCA] DX TIP for WDXR

KENI there again tonight, though weaker than the past few nights.  I was listening from 0100-0200 in the house...had to be above 800 KHz to escape the line noise.  0200-0400 sitting in the car...KENI present throughout.  At first, it was even with KSTE.  By 0400, KSTE was on top, with CISL, then KENI.  Conditions may be changing as well.  Very few hets tonight as compared to the past week.  Maybe Don and Patrick have bagged the quota and that's all we're allowed.  Who knows!

So that means that we're getting KENI and the "ghost of KENI" too.
