Many, many thanks to Mike Hawkins for turning my direction to the
north....
650 AK KENI Anchorage 10/5 0300-0310+ with ABC News, local weather
after a couple ads & a nice clear KENI call letter ID. Then into C2C
program with George Noory. The signal was STRONG at 0310 looping NNW,
better than KSTE looping NE (both carrying C2C). Buzz was there but KENI
came thru over it and was easy copy. Music QRM was probably CISL.
First time heard since the days of KYAK 27-28 years ago. (DKK-CA)
1150 BC CKFR Kelowna 10/5 0328 with 'Oldies-11-50' & mentions of Kelowna
area. Battling KTLK all the way, + another syndicated talker. Would
rise to the top occasionally. Heard previously as CKBL. (DKK-CA)
Nice to hear Alaska again....
