[IRCA] DX Conditions 10/4

Hi All

Very good conditions here this morning with hets on: 558, 585, 594, 603, 
648, 657, 747, 756,774, 819, and 828.

648  Hrd man talking in Unid language at 1304 UTC signal was very poor and 
just above noise level.

657  Hrd man talking in Unid language at 1317 UTC very poor signal.

747  JOIB hrd at 1320 in JJ

774  JOUB hrd at 1322 in JJ.
