Thank you.  I'm not that great with these word processing etc. programs and always seem to know 'just enough' to get by with.

Excel thought about you and designed a solution. Select the cells you wish to hold zip codes, go to ?format?, then ?cells?, then ?special? and finally ?zip code? and you will be in business.
