AM spectrum would be better off in non-commercial hands...ditto with FM.
There is no need in the United States for the commercial broadcast service;
therefore, it really should be eliminated in favor of a listener-supported,
local-oriented non-commercial service, operating with the same programming
requirements as LPFM.
