Is that now official? I thought it was still being debated for starting next
year, but maybe I missed it.

Wasn't a law passed extending DST 3 weeks in Oct/Nov and adding on a week in
March? (Or was it the other way around?) If so, who knows when it goes into
effect? In either case, there are some DX opportunities in there.
