I've heard Cuba on 640 a number of times over the years, but this was pre 
sunrise.  I'm betting Dave Gleason is right, as it was around 5 am local 
time and quite dark it's possible one of the stations in Chihuahua state was 
coming in.  Next time I hear that I can check 970 and 1000 for confirmation 
as I've heard both early mornings.  Thanks Dave and Bill.

Conditions were much different this am, absolutely no sign of Colorado here. 
Even KOA was very weak.  I did have the Meridian ID 890 station in like a 
tidal wave, I thought they were oldies but they were SS pop and saying 
things in rapid Spanish like Buenos Dias Boise, Nampa, etc.-- they rattled 
off a long list of towns.

Depending on the time, don't forget CMBC, Habana,  (SS w/ a cigar) which was
decently recorded from this QTH about two years ago to date.

Rich, depending on the angle, KARI -Blaine, WA could be a possibility
here???

BTW, your right about the album cover.<big smile> Who came first the album
artist or the doobie?

Often heard by me within 100 miles of KFI.
