[IRCA] IBOC thread

Folks-
Before it gets out of hand, let's remember to keep our messages on IBOC to 
reporting about it, as in, how it relates technically to DXing, how 
this-or-that signal fares in comparison, maybe current trends in the 
industry concerning receivers and such...please keep any passionate or 
heated opinions about it to yourselves. We don't need any flame wars!
