I think you're right, Kaz.  It's definitely Spanish.  I was just able to
pick it out.....darn I wish I remembered my high school Spanish.  If it is
Mexico City, it's a first for me.  The only other Mexican I've ever been
able to receive in the NE was XERF, back in the days when they were running
250kw.
