The CE I spoke to last night, I asked what is the IBOC power used.  He
just set one up. The maximum is 10% of your carrier power. You can use
less if you want, but if you have a 50 KWer, then you cannot have more
than 5 KW of IBOC power. KEX does sound like about 5 KW in IBOC hash
here on the coast.
