[IRCA] KCVR-1570, KRND-1630

1570  KCVR  Lodi, CA is now using IBOC.  First noticed 09/21/05.
         The hiss is not very loud here.  KIQS-1560 is still audible, and
         on 1580 the carrier of KBLA is still detectable.

1630  KRND  Fox Farm, WY, "La Grande" heard at 0101 PDT
         09/22/05 on 1629.8822 kHz.

Two 35 ft. Ewe antennas at 218 and 293 degrees, 6 ft. outdoor loop
