This is the first time I have seen Radio 10 reported. The
station is directional to the east to put more signal over downtown (it is the
only BA stations with a really noise free downtown area signal) so the
northbound power is more like 60 kw than the licensed 100 kw. Pics of the site,

Radio 10 is the top rated station in Bs. As. and even
beats the FMs, with an all talk and information format. Transmitter is 100 kw
Nautel, backed with a Nautel 30.

"The Pond." September 20 I had 710 LRL202 Radio Diez Buenos Aires with a YL talk show around
0130edt. On 1190 LR9 Radio America Buenos Aires was playing back to back
classical music up to their news at 0200edt.

Yet, this morning (Sept 19), sudden reappearance of Asiatic signals here on the
Canadian west coast. JOIB-747 was completely readable, in spite of
KXL-750 splash, for a few minutes at 1335UT, //774 which was somewhat weaker.
They were running English lessons; can't claim I found the Japanese translation
quite so readable...
Now, having said that, I have heard Spanish on 760 tonight, but no IDs.
