[IRCA] Wobbler 620

    CMGN 620 R.Rebelde Colon, Matanzas, Cuba, has had strong Wobblers off
and on this evening, reporting at 9/20 0320Z. 

    It has cut through when WDAE St.Pete was dominant. R.Reb. Wobbler and
all has been on top at other times. 

    Audible with the characteristic wobbling sheet of metal sound. 

    No idea how well this is getting out beyond S.E.FL, but the way cx are,
it may be a good possibility.
