Re: [IRCA] Cuban stations

Time to petition the FCC:  All broadcast stations must ID T/BOH with CW callsign.

Wouldn't that be nice?

When I was in Naples, Cubans were solid all day.  That's a pretty good
location due to the lack of locals.  I hope to get back there this winter or
next.  With luck I can bring a decent radio.  There is a long-time DXer
there (Ray Moore?) who hears Aussie and NZ stations.

Funny thing, Cubans are dominant on a lot of frequencies up here in RI as
well.  600 and 670 for sure.  Also 590 and 630 when the locals are off or
phased.  Reloj on 570 and other channels under closer US stations.  That RR
is hard to miss.  I've been trying to talk the overnight show host on
WRIB-1220 into adopting a "RIB" in morse code much like Reloj uses.
