[IRCA] Cuban 590 back, 620 off/on, others...

Since 9/8 590 R.Musical Nacional has been missing, today 9/15 at 1515Z it
was back as before. 

At 1530Z I was trying to phase out 620 WRDM St. Pete in search of R.Rebelde,
Mantanzas, when it suddenly appeared in full bloom. Apparently resuming from
some interruption. 

Newly discovered Wobbler on 770 R.Rebelde, Pilon, Granma, continued its
unsteady ways today both this morning and on another check this afternoon at
1915Z. 

This morning 910 R.Metropolitana, Cuidad Habana, and 930 R.Surco, Ciego de
Avila -- "Only You" by the Platters playing, a popular old Cuban classic --
were both much stronger than I've heard lately, and are still coming in
reasonably well this afternoon. 

1100 Habana was barely discernable carrier and 1120 Artemisa, Cuidad Habana,
only slightly better discernable carrier, both R.Cadena Habana. 

740 WSBR Business Talk, Boca Raton, FL, IBOC is off from 9/13, filled in for
by splatter. 

Wobbler Report: 680 (R.Rebelde, Ciego de Avila) Medium; 620, 770, 870 (R
Reloj, Sancti Spiritus), 960 (Woowoo, R.Reloj, Guantanamo or Cienfuegos or
